This modern and spacious 45m², one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet, newly developed area of Igalo (Herceg-Novi municipality), known for its microclimate and health spa. Igalo is also home to the former summer villa of Yugoslav leader Tito, which has been transformed into a museum.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults. It’s a 15-minute walk from the beach and just 3 to 5 minutes from the town’s largest shopping center (Voli Hypermarket) and gas station. There’s also a scenic 7km seaside promenade lined with cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Located on the top (third) floor, the apartment boasts two large balconies with stunning views of both the sea and mountains. Each balcony receives sun at different times of the day, providing the perfect spot for morning or afternoon relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, kettle, stovetop, and all essential utensils. The private bathroom includes a 90x90cm shower stall, washing machine, and toiletries. The bedroom features two standard single beds, and the living room offers a reclining sofa that can sleep two adults. All necessary bed linens are provided, and air conditioning is available in the living room.

A flat-screen TV with local channels is included, though the apartment does not have Wi-Fi. However, internet access can be arranged through a local network provider package using a USB modem. Free Wi-Fi is also available at nearby beachside cafes.
