Accommodation and Prices
The price includes furnished and equipped accommodation, use of electricity and water, internet (wireless and LAN connection), cable/satellite TV, and cleaning with bed linen and towel replacement (according to the established schedule) for the allowed number of guests per accommodation. Use of the outdoor pool during the season is free during the designated working hours. Tourist taxes and guest stay registration fees are not included in the price and are payable in cash upon guest arrival.
The rules and amount of the tourist tax are determined by the city authorities, and the daily amount paid per person upon guest arrival may change from the time of reservation to guest arrival. Stay registration is mandatory for all guests staying in Serbia; during the registration of arriving guests, we will also electronically register the stay of guests for a one-time fee. Guests will be informed of the amount of the tourist tax and stay registration when booking accommodation.
The maximum number of people for each apartment is stated on its page on our website. Where possible, one person can be accommodated on an additional extra bed in the living room, and for children up to 3 years old by adding a baby cot. In the section dedicated to children, you can get more details about the use of the baby cot.
Smoking is not allowed in apartments/rooms and other enclosed spaces. If you are a smoker, you can smoke on terraces, balconies, and other villa areas where it is allowed.
Children
Babies with travel portable cribs and children up to 3 years old sharing a bed with their parents can stay in the accommodation for free. This must be specifically stated when submitting the reservation request (if it is requested that more than one child sleeps with the parents, such a request must be approved before concluding the reservation).
We have a certain number of baby cots and high chairs available. If your apartment/room has enough space to accommodate this additional furniture (each apartment description indicates whether such possibilities exist), your accommodation can be equipped accordingly, provided they are not all occupied, i.e., that there are available ones at that moment. If the number of people (adults and children of any age) is not greater than the maximum specified for your accommodation, the baby cot (for a child up to 3 years old) is not charged. If the baby cot is an addition to the existing maximum number of people (beds) for your accommodation, a daily usage fee is charged. Your inquiry in this regard should be sent when submitting the reservation request, along with the procedure for determining accommodation availability.
Transport
Our guests have the option to book our transfer from or to the airport. During the accommodation booking process, you can request from us the current fee for the requested type of service. Guests staying during the summer months are advised to book the transfer as early as possible, as some days of the week fill up very quickly.
For our already booked transfer service, we must be informed in time that there has been a change in the flight schedule so that we can try to reschedule the already booked transfer time. In case of unforeseen long delays or postponements of your incoming flight, we must receive notification from you at least 3 hours before the scheduled landing time of your originally booked transfer – so that the reserved transfer can be canceled. Upon receiving your notification of the new flight departure or arrival time, we will inform you as soon as possible whether it is possible to move your transfer to the new time or suggest alternative transportation from the airport.
At this moment, apart from private vehicles, we do not have the possibility of additional parking on our premises. You can park your car in nearby parking spaces on the main street where daily tickets (for all days at once) can be purchased for the entire period of your planned stay.
Reservations
You can send your reservation inquiry using the contact form on our website or in another alternative way – as described on the “Reservations” page. Before submitting an inquiry, you should familiarize yourself with the “General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Reservations and Cancellations” on our website and the availability of apartments for the desired period.
The standard method of payment is by bank transfer to the account listed on our proforma invoice, which is sent after the reservation request is accepted. Credit card payments are not supported online. Guests who have the option to pay via PayPal and who are already registered with already verified personal information (due to possible longer procedures by PayPal, your reservation request without payment within the specified period may be canceled) can also make payments in this way, with the PayPal fee added to the total amount. As all our prices are given for cash payments, we note that all payments where a fee is charged (either as a separate item when sending or by deduction from receipt of funds), the fee is paid by the guest, i.e., the person making the payment.
The usual procedure is to confirm reservations in writing; the prerequisite is that you provide additional information about all guests for the reserved accommodation if necessary (for foreign guests, information from passports or ID cards that guests will carry with them). It is necessary to bring our accommodation reservation confirmation with you.
If the requested accommodation is occupied, the information from the site will always be accurate. We recommend that you do not send the same request via email, but if you have options for alternative dates and/or accommodations, send us your acceptable alternatives, and if there are other possibilities, we will suggest them to you.
There are several cases when such a response is possible. The most common case is when there are multiple inquiries received simultaneously, and some inquiries are already being processed, and you will be notified that the requested accommodation is temporarily withdrawn from the offer while previous inquiries are processed. Besides the priority according to the order of receipt of requests, in the season, priority is given to reservation requests for a period of a week and additionally to requests with guest arrival and departure on the “preferred day” (as published on the website’s price list page). Also, a negative response may be received if the website has not yet been updated for the recently received payment for a reservation that was previously in process.
